Calories are calories, no matter how it happens. Calories are nothing more than energy through heat.

However, the amount of fat (whether or not, or no trans fat), sugar and sodium is a different story. It goes against their health and the proper functioning of the body.

Umm no different in the foods are not the calories from fat and sugar calories .. So basically good and bad calories.
Examples: a saint of chocolate, there were 560 calories, calories, 240 of them were fat and sweets and marshmallows, all of which as many calories as sugar.
