I have a rash with blisters on my left elbow on his right arm. ICHES and it hurts. I felt a tightness in the area for about 3 days and then bubbles appeared last night w / pain and Iching. I looked and saw pictures and it looks and sounds like shingles.

Yes, you can get shingles on his arm. They are very contagious until the blisters dry, just the chicken pox virus from the same cause of both. Keep the area covered and the children of the elderly and very young and may be the ones primarily or is pregnant. Go to your MD or a clinic in the cream, add (Zovirax) to treat them. Chop, avoid scratches. It can cause severe pain, take aspirin, try either Tylenol or Motrin as directed, if necessary. Hope this helps. Good luck.
